I'm VP of Growth at Equinox, where I'm focused on building growth systems that compound — the kind that get smarter over time rather than just louder.

I'm in the early stages of writing Humans in the Loop — starting with a set of essays that will form the backbone of the book. The central question: as AI accelerates learning loops across every domain, what determines who stays in the loop and who doesn't? I'm finding that the answer has more to do with human psychology and institutional design than with technology itself.

I'm also reading a lot of economic history, particularly around previous technological transitions — the printing press, the assembly line, the internet — and what they actually did to human behavior, labor, and cognition over time. The patterns are more consistent than you'd expect.

This is a /now page. It's a snapshot of what I'm focused on at a given moment.
